Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns

Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How long will it take for you to make my item, & how long until I receive my order?

Processing times to vary depending our current order volume, we do try our best to keep these upto date on our Etsy shop. Please expect to wait at least 7 days prior to your item being despatched.

Keep a look out for your ‘shipped’ email from us, this means your order is en route to you. We post via Royal Mail 48. The ROyal Mail give an ETA of 3 days for this service.

We have tracking numbers for all orders, so if at any point you need an update (if the 3 days has expired), just email us quoting your order number please.
